WHAT WE COLLECT

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your shipping address. When you join the mailing list we collect your email address. When you send a message through the site we collect what you type and how to reply to it.

PAYMENT DETAILS

We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details go directly to Stripe rather than through this site.

WHY WE HOLD IT

To make and ship what you ordered, to answer your questions, and to send you email you asked for. Nothing else.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Stripe processes payments. Our email provider delivers order confirmations and shipping notifications. Our shipping carriers receive the address needed to deliver your parcel. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

MAILING LIST

Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Order confirmations and shipping notifications are not marketing and are sent regardless.

YOUR CHOICES

Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests except where we are required to keep transaction records.

COOKIES

This site uses only the cookies required to keep your cart working and to complete checkout. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
