This store is operated by 9th Ward Production and Promotions Company, LLC.

ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order and refund you in full if a piece is unavailable or a price has been listed in error.

PRICES

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Prices can change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

MADE TO ORDER

Every canvas is printed for your specific order. See the Returns page for what that means for cancellations and returns.

COLOUR

Screens vary. We colour-manage every print, but the canvas you receive may differ slightly in tone from what your monitor shows. This is not a defect.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork on this site is the property of the artist. Buying a canvas gives you that physical object. It does not transfer copyright, and it does not grant any right to reproduce, resell as a print, or use the image commercially.

LIABILITY

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
