Returns

Every canvas is made to order, which shapes what we can and cannot take back.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If your piece arrives damaged, or there is a fault in the print or the stretch, we replace it at no cost to you. Email photographs within 7 days of delivery and we will get a replacement into production the same week.

WRONG ITEM

If you receive a different piece or size than you ordered, we cover return shipping and send the correct one.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because each canvas is printed for one specific order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please use the room view on each artwork page to check the scale before you order, and email us if you are unsure which size suits your wall. We would rather answer a question than process a return.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins. Once a piece has been printed it cannot be cancelled.
